I called on a Monday and asked for service to set up an oil change appointment. I was told that the earliest they had was at 11a on a Wednesday. I called other service stations and was able to get an appointment, however it was not a Chevy dealership. A friend told me to try going online and getting an appointment. I did make an appointment online and was able to get in at 8:30 a.m. the next day Tuesday. I also received a generated follow up email from Ian. Later I received a confirmation for my appointment, NICE! Upon my arrival I was greeted promptly by Ian who knew I was coming. He did a walk around of my vehicle. Ian also Provided me with a list of options for my service. I was close to my 45000 mile check. He explaind to me what was due and he went over a list of packages for the 45k. Additionally, he emailed me those package deals. Great Customer Care by Ian. I opted just for an oil change. As soon as I was done signing the paperwork I went to the waiting area which is always clean and well maintained. Beverages and snack are provided I wished yall had an omelet chef on site. I waited for about 45 minutes and I was done. Ian came to get me. I paid for my service and started out to my car. Ian walked me to my truck and started that there was nothing outstanding found on my truck. I did notice that my truck was washed. This was a first for me at this dealership. I was very pleased with my last experience. Thank you Ian.
