Kirk Heydman went above and beyond from the start. We were on our family vacation headed for Winter Park when our vehicle stalled on I-70. I called your dealership Friday at 5pm and Kirk agreed to scan for codes if we came right away. Upon arrival at your dealership, Kirk gave us a courtesy vehicle to keep us on the road for the weekend, even though our vehicle is no longer under factory warranty. He had a technician look at our vehicle on Saturday afternoon. Monday and Tuesday were spent thoroughly checking for the cause of our problems. By Wednesday we had our vehicle back and we went on our way. We are beyond satisfied with the level of service we received.
