The purpose of the service was to put mount winter tires and fix the front camera. I dropped the car off on Wednesday night. I finally got my car back on Monday night. The service was supposed to be done on Thursday so I could have my car for Friday. 1. Received a call late on Thursday telling me my vehicle wasn't quite ready. In reality, service had not even started. I know this because I receive emails when the tires are worked on and those emails didn't arrive until Friday morning. I wasn't housebound; don't appreciate the obfuscation. 2. The wrong sized tires were ordered (honest mistake) and installed (poor attention to detail) on Friday. The correct tires needed to be ordered. Stevinson finally picked me up late Friday afternoon so I could get a courtesy vehicle. 3. Received a call on Monday afternoon. They couldn't get the new camera to calibrate. 4. Picked up my car Tuesday late afternoon. The current tires had been put in the back of the vehicle (with the seats folded down). They weren't wrapped or even placed on any kind of barrier to the interior upholstery. I found this very unusual.
