Initial visit was unsatisfactory. A service installation of a few hours was not done and quoted way over proper time and cost. I needed my truck the next day so I picked it up without the service installation done. Spoke with Service Manager Gene about the issue. Gene had me comeback first thing the following morning. My truck was completed in the quoted time at a reasonable cost. Hats off to Gene for correcting the issue and also to Keven Kramer in sales for Helping me get the issue resolved. Gene and Kevin went out of their way to correct the issue and mend a customer/Stevenson relationship.
