Most of the calls I made to your dealer were either answered or returned promptly. I made an appointment with Tracy Weigum and even though he was not in sales he got me in the door. Kevin Kramer was easy to work with as was each person I dealt with and that someone actually answers the phone was a BIG plus. The process was not laborious, 3 hours in total, and seemed to go quickly. I returned with a question on Saturday and was treated after the sale the same way I was treated before the sale. Keep that part up! I was happy with my experience, another dealer finally got back to me on Saturday Nov 30th, I told him he was a day late and $30,000 short.
