Excellent service and quick repairs.

Service guy was nice. However he told me that the two updates my car needed (and was completed there) should take care of the things I brought it in to be looked at and serviced for. After I drove off the lot, 3 or 4 things were still acting up- which I now need to bring BACK in now to be looked at again. Spent all day there for nothing to be fixed on my car

Ian was great getting me checked in and initiating the service request on my Silverado. Used to bring my 1990 4Runner into that same garage/service bay 35 years ago. Nothing has changed always good people to deal with. Cheers

I had some work done on my vehicle's transmission a few months ago. The dealer where I purchased the vehicle (2021 Traverse) said that I needed a new transmission and because the vehicle was out of warranty, my cost would be well over $10K!! Disgusted, I called Stevinson's and Pat, in the Service Dept contacted GM to see what they would do for me. He was able to get the work entirely approved under warranty and didn't cost us a thing! He noticed the car needed tires and he recommended we come back later to take advantage of their "Buy 3 get 1 for $1" sale, which I did! Pat helped me select and order the tires, arranged for the installation, and my wife is now ready for winter with new tires! Pat has been helpful, patient and professional throughout my dealings with him and is the embodiment of "customer service". I will continue to bring all my automotive needs to Stevinson going forward!
