Pat, service agent was courteous and took care of me, expect neglected request for a quick carwash. But every time I need a part replaced, or want to purchase an OEM part, they are always on back-order - with no idea when they will be available. This last service requires a new shift column assembly because a sensor does not register when shifted to Park. This is a safety replacement, and Pat did escalate, but part a standard part not available is unacceptable!
