Good experience

I wasn't impressed with the most recent service I received. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and get a leak repaired on one tire. I'd intended to rotate the tires as well, but when I saw how much it cost, I decided to hold off on the rotation. When I dropped the car off, I asked about how long it would take and was told about 45 mins. It took over 2 1/2 hours, and the tires were rotated even though I'd asked to not have that done. They didn't charge me for the tire rotation but the time it took, even with the tire rotation seemed excessive to me, especially since the oil change alone was over $100! I'm going back to changing my own oil and probably will use another vendor for tires since the one I used before buying tires from Stevinson had a better selection and repaired leaks for free!

Kirk kept me up dated, as well as clear about all the issues with my truck. I was impressed and will be back for future maintenance.

The dealership is great. I am frustrated with GM sine they decided to stop making my Volt. The car is a great car but the availability of parts has been an issue, and when the car breaks down it has become a bigger issue. So I should say a Great car until last week.
