Warranty truck has an engine issue, when i dropped it off service did not allow me a loner vehicle, stating they had to check it first. So how do i get home? He says they can provide alyft… two drivers cancelled the ride. Service did not care i was crying at the stress of this inconvenience. Then they call they have aloner…how do i get there? He says alyft. They never showed to pick me up. It’s sad to lease an 80k truck and this is your customer service. It makes me not want to keep the truck. Plus the issue was engine related and only 18k miles on a new truck…lame.

As always, Ian and the service staff made my visit a pleasure.
